Abstract

Background. In today's world in many developed countries the integration process is developed at a high level. In Russia, this process is just beginning to gain momentum, and as a result of this the state attaches great importance to this process. The purpose of the article is reveal the paths of improvement of the integration
processes in Russia at this moment in time.
Materials and methods. Implementation of the tasks was achieved by means of the analysis of theoretical and practical knowledge.
Results. The author identified the strengths and weaknesses of the integration process and on this basis described improvement of the process. The advantages include acquisition of new technologies, maintenance of Russia’s position in the market, etc. The disadvantage is bad elaboration of the principles and mechanisms of this process. In the integration process the most important feature is the quality management process.
Conclusions. The integration process is an important and modern tool in the modern economy. It allows smaller companies to remain in the market, having merged with large organizations, and, as for consumer, it allows to purchase higherquality goods (services) with less cost.
